He was born in 1951 in Erzurum. He graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Medicine and received the title of Neurology Specialist in the same faculty. He worked in Erzurum Health Directorate, Erzurum Regional Hospital Chief Physician and Bursa Çekirge State Hospital Chief Physician. He has been working at Bursa Private Life Hospital since 2018.
